This Refund Policy explains the conditions regarding payments, cancellations, and refunds for services provided by Siputra Digital.
By using our services or making payments, you agree to this Refund Policy.
1. General Policy
Due to the nature of digital services and custom website development, all payments made to Siputra Digital are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.
Each project involves time, planning, research, design, and development resources that cannot be recovered after the process has started.
2. Down Payment (DP)
A down payment (DP) of 50% is required before any project begins.
The down payment serves as:
- Project booking confirmation
- Resource allocation
- Initial design and development preparation
Once the project has started, the down payment is non-refundable.
3. Final Payment
The remaining balance must be completed before:
- Website publication
- Ownership transfer
- Delivery of access credentials
- Final project handover
Siputra Digital reserves the right to withhold delivery of the website and related assets until full payment has been received.
4. Cancellation by Client
If the Client decides to cancel the project after work has started:
- All completed payments are non-refundable;
- Any unfinished work may be terminated immediately;
- Siputra Digital reserves the right to invoice for completed work beyond the initial payment if applicable.
5. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may only be considered under limited circumstances, including:
- Duplicate payments;
- Billing errors caused directly by Siputra Digital;
- Failure to deliver services due to internal issues without any project work being initiated.
Approved refunds, if any, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of mind by the Client;
- Delays caused by the Client;
- Dissatisfaction caused by requests outside the agreed scope;
- Third-party service failures;
- Hosting, domain, plugin, or external software costs;
- Project abandonment by the Client;
- Completed or partially completed work.
7. Third-Party Costs
Payments made for third-party services are non-refundable, including but not limited to:
- Domain registration
- Hosting services
- Premium plugins
- Software licenses
- API subscriptions
- External integrations
These services are subject to the policies of their respective providers.
8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Clients agree not to initiate unjustified chargebacks or payment disputes after services have been delivered or work has commenced.
Siputra Digital reserves the right to:
- Suspend services;
- Revoke website access;
- Terminate projects;
- Take necessary legal or administrative action in response to fraudulent disputes.
9. Changes to This Refund Policy
Siputra Digital reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
